"Hi Detlef
Just thought I would send you a quick note to let you know about an incredible milestone that was achieved at Creative Packaging today.
After running a trial batch of our largest volume product, we have just received the approval from our Customer that we can now produce the product on the GT.

This means that this product (fully die-cut sheet 2475mmx 2230mm) that is currently run on the roller press die-cutter at an average production rate of 62 per hour, can now be run on the GT at 180 per hour, yes, that's an incredible 190% improvement in productivity.
As you know, other machine companies we visited in Germany were not prepared to say if there equipment would even be able to produce this product, let alone set through put levels, where as Klett and your technical team were determined to make it work, and now that we have achieved the productivity, we are delighted in our decision to buy the GT, our Customer is also delighted in the fact that GT doesn't crush the sheet unlike the roller press die-cutter.
On Monday we ran ten jobs in one shift, which an incredible feet as these jobs would of taken us 2.5 - 3 days to produce on our old equipment.
Carlo Carta in his commissioning of the GT has now trained two operators to provide us with flexibility in labour utilisation, and these guys can run the GT unsupervised.
I will keep you informed of other milestones we achieve with our "New baby GT", suffice to say, we are extremely excited about our future, especially now that we have the GT.
Cheers to all the Team at Klett, from sunny Australia 24 C at 8.20pm.
Regards
Craig Fox
Operations Director"
